Shooting Sports Wholesale sells to retail storefronts only.  Retailers are required to sumbit all tax exemption certificates to SSW for approval/acceptance.  If purchasing firearms, a current signed in ink copy of your Federal Firearms License is required to be on file with Shooting Sports Wholesale.  A faxed or emailed copy is acceptable.  Please include all phone numbers, email address and contacts when submitting the above information.


1.  C.O.D. orders are accepted with approval.  C.O.D. customers will assume a $13.00 colleciton fee.

2.  Certified check, money order, company check*, Mastercard*, Visa* and Chekfaxx* are all acceptable forms of payment.  If paying by company check, you must have prior approval.

*NOTE: 1.  There is a returned check fee of $25.00.  2.  All credit card purchases carry a 2.5% surcharge.


It is the goal of Shooting Sports Wholesale to provide you with the timeliest of service.  Therefore, all in-stock and approved orders recieved before 3PM EST will ship the same day.


No minimum order is required.  All orders are shipped using FedEx.  Handguns are required to ship FedEx Express 2nd Day, rifles, ammo, and accessories are shipped via FedEx Ground.  In order to receive current, up-to-date freight programs and quotes, it is highly recommended thaty you speak with your salesperson before committing to an order.


All items are stocking items, based on the manufacturer's ability to supply product.


All special orders must meet manufacturer's order/freight minimum requirements.  A 50% deposit is required from the dealer in each special order case.  The deposit will be used by Shooting Sports Wholesale for liquidating damages that might incur in the event of order cancellation or refusal.


Shooting Sports Wholesale does not do repair and as such asks that all warranty work be directed to the appropriate manufacturer.  Sales personnel can provide you with the appropriate phone numbers and return policies for each manufacturer.


A return authorization number, valid for 30 days, is required on all merchandise to be returned.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged back to the customer if the return is due to the fault of the customer.  All returns must be in new resaleable condition.  Otherwise the manufacturer must be contacted as to a question of warranty.


Please contact the specific carrier's local terminal for instructions regarding merchandise damaged in shipment.  Please save all packaging until the claim has been finalized.


Dealers can pick up merchandise during normal operating hours in order to avoid freight, however, please allow customer service one hour advance notice to process orders.
